The purpose of the agreement is to help facilitate Welspun New energy to export green ammonia from their plants in India to Off takers in Germany/Europe, where Lili Navitas has extensive contacts with the green ammonia Off takers.
The Service Agreement was signed in Mumbai, India by Mr. Kapil Maheshwari, CEO of Welspun New Energy Limited and Mr. Kiran Bhojani, Founder and CEO of Lili Navitas GmbH & Co. Kg.
