Kiri Renewable Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Kiri Industries Limited, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat State, India. The purpose of the MOU is to support Kiri Industries in techno-economic feasibility study for the green ammonia project and then afterwards help set up the project to export green ammonia from India to Off takers in Germany/Europe.

The MOU was signed in Ahmedabad, by Mr. Manish Kiri, Chairman and CEO of Kiri Industries and Mr. Kiran Bhojani, Founder and CEO of Lili Navitas GmbH & Co. Kg., Hamburg, Germany.
